By subscribing, opening and using the Automatic Renewal Service of Wuge Membership (hereinafter referred to as the "Automatic Renewal Service"), you are deemed to have agreed to these Rules.

You understand and agree that:

1. If you subscribe this Automatic Renewal Service through Apple's Apple ID and do not expressly cancel this Automatic Renewal Service during the subscription period, Apple will, within 24 hours before each subscription period expires, The service fee of the next subscription period will be deducted automatically from the balance of your Apple ID account (hereinafter collectively referred to as the "Account") bound when you open the automatic renewal Service, thus extending the validity period of the membership corresponding to the subscription period.

You should pay attention to the balance status of the above account and deductible. If the renewal fails due to account problems or insufficient balance, the risk and/or loss will be borne by you.

2. In order to facilitate your understanding of automatic renewal, Wuge or Apple will, according to the law, send pre-deduction notification to you by [in-site letter or email] or other means before the next subscription period. Please pay attention to receive it. I would like to remind you that, based on the characteristics of the automatic renewal service, if you do not explicitly cancel the automatic renewal service during the subscription period, Wuge will issue a withholding order for the next subscription period to the relevant subject according to your authorization. In principle, fees deducted based on this order will not be refunded (if you open an automatic renewal service through Apple, Apple will be responsible for the order).

3. The subscription period is 1 year (subject to the setting on the subscription page).

4. You acknowledge and agree that Wuge has the right to adjust service prices. If Wuge plans to adjust the service price when you open the automatic renewal service, Wuge will notify you in advance by appropriate means (including but not limited to online announcements, SMS, etc.). If you do not agree to the service price adjustment, you may cancel the automatic renewal service in accordance with these Rules; If you do not cancel the automatic renewal service, the subsequent withholding fee of the relevant subject will be subject to the adjusted service fee; If you cancel within 24 hours before the expiration of the subscription period, the relevant subject may stop withholding the service according to the adjusted service fee deducted from the service fee of the next subscription period. After the automatic renewal service is cancelled, if you open the automatic renewal service again, the service fee automatically withheld by the relevant subject shall be subject to the service fee displayed on the page at that time.

5. Unsubscribe from automatic renewal service as follows:

For iOS15 and above systems, open "Wuge App" --> click "Me" --> click "Wuge member" --> click "Management" --> find the "Consecutive years" consecutive automatic renewal service, and click to close it.

For iOS12 and above, open the App Store of Apple iOS devices, click the picture of your Apple account in the upper right corner, enter the "Account", click "Subscribe", and cancel the subscription for an Consecutive year.

The following iOS12 systems: Open the "Settings" of Apple iOS devices -> enter the "iTunes Store and App Store" -> click "Apple ID", select" View Apple ID", enter the "Account Settings" page, click "subscribe", select "Consecutive years", and follow this consecutive year. Just unsubscribe.

6.Wuge may also stop providing automatic renewal services to you as required by its business policies, and your term of service as a member of Wuge will terminate upon the expiration of the current service period.
